Try this easy and delicious Keto Breaded Chicken for any fried chicken craving! Trust me, it did NOT disappoint. And the best part, is that you don’t even have to fry it.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F and line a large baking pan with parchment paper or Amazon silicone baking mats. Pat chicken dry with paper towel, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix eggs and heavy cream together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, pork rinds, parmesan, garlic powder and paprika.
  3. Dip your chicken in the egg mixture one at a time and then in the breading mixture, pressing to coat. Then, place the chicken on the baking pan.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until chicken is golden, and the internal temperature reaches 165F.
  5. Serve and enjoy with G Hughes BBQ Sauce and a delicious Keto side dish!
